Mitch Russo

I have had 6 careers so far.

I started as an Electrical Engineer. I migrated to selling chips to the government and industry, then to the software business as the founder of Timeslips Corp (sold to Sage Plc) and then to the VC community, then to the Internet as the CEO of FurnitureFan.com and then to being a CEO Advisor to several companies at the same time. There were a few in between as well.

In 2007, my 21 year friendship with Chet Holmes led me to work with him directly and what a ride that was. Chet passed away in August of 2012, he was the most courageous man I ever met and the best mentor a CEO could have.

Regardless of what I did, when starting out, I always started at the bottom and worked my way up. Even as CEO/President of Tony Robbins and Chet Holmes Business Breakthroughs joint venture, I started at the bottom, part time helping recruit sales people for Chet. As part of that assignment, I built the recruitment division for Chet and tripled his sales force, by taking his basic tools and systematizing them using policies & procedures along with software to improve results.

In 2009, Chet invited me to take the role as President, I did. I created yet another division, this time focused on assisting clients through a concierge organization called Client Services. I learned so much from my dearest friend Chet, he was a task master but always my friend. Chet more than anyone prepared me for what I do today.

I am here to serve you at my highest potential.

I can talk about my accomplishments but my “appreciations” page does that for me. Instead I would prefer that you know what my greatest strength is; my creativity. It comes out in every assignment I take. Coupled with my 35 years of professional experience, it helps me to see solutions that others don’t.

I would like to do that with you, to see solutions and implement plans to solve your most difficult problems. I am not going to follow a formula. I am going to listen and I am going to tell you what I think.

Then together we are going to make plans to fix problems and stage a comeback, to apply a new sales model and increase your profits. We will find a way to make the changes you need quickly, efficiently and with the results you want.

Lets talk soon, no obligation and no promises, just a candid call about you.
